- Think before you speak.
- Get some exercise
- Think happiness in your imagination.
- Identify possible solution.
- Once you're calm, express your anger.
Out-of-control anger can't help you how to become successful in doing things. Control your anger because if you lose your control, you will become wild. It's not bad to get mad at them. But think first. You can express your happiness but don't be overjoyed because people think you are crazy. So, we need to express your happiness and anger equally or control your anger.
